How we protect the quality of the evidence.

Every expert is interviewed by a WeProspect researcher before joining our network. We confirm current and past roles, test subject knowledge against the kinds of questions they will be asked, and screen again for each project. We record the role each expert plays in a decision, as buyer, user, or seller, not only where they work.

Conflict checks on every project. Every expert agrees in writing not to disclose confidential or material non-public information. We exclude current employees where the topic creates a conflict, and honor client exclusion lists. Calls are recorded only with the expert's consent.

Each deliverable is reviewed twice before release: by our research quality team, which reports directly to our chief executive, and by a senior researcher who did not work on the project. Researchers on client work have at least five years of relevant experience.

We do not advise technology companies on analyst relations or analyst evaluations. Research carried out for one client is never shared with, or reused for, another.

WeProspect is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy information management. Certificates and policies are available on request.
