Account Intelligence

Priority accounts deserve more than a list of names and a technology export.

What we do

Our researchers build a current view of each priority account: the initiatives under way, what might prompt a purchase, who is involved in the decision, the technology already in place, and likely timing.

Each account is summarized in a brief written for the people who will use it, and refreshed on a cycle we agree with you.

How it works

How account intelligence works.

  1. 01

    Accounts

You share your priority accounts and what your teams need to know.

  2. 02

    Research

Our researchers build a current view of each account.

  3. 03

    Brief

Each account is summarized in a brief your account teams can use.

  4. 04

    Refresh

Briefs are refreshed on the cycle we agree.

More than a list of names.

Briefs are written by researchers, not exported from a database. Each deliverable is reviewed twice before release: by our research quality team, which reports directly to our chief executive, and by a senior researcher who did not work on the project.

Questions

Common questions.

  1. What does an account brief cover?

The initiatives under way, what might prompt a purchase, who is involved in the decision, the technology already in place, and likely timing.

  2. How often are briefs updated?

On a cycle we agree with you.

  3. How is this different from a data provider?

Data providers supply lists and technology exports. Our briefs are written by researchers and describe what is happening inside each account.

A pricing change, a competitor you keep losing to, a segment you want to enter. Start there, and we will tell you what evidence would settle it.
